By accessing and using I Need A Job AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2.1. Core Service: This app helps evaluate your resume against job descriptions using artificial intelligence to provide scores and suggestions for improvement. 2.2. AI Technology: - The Service currently uses OpenAI as its primary AI provider - We reserve the right to change AI providers based on service requirements - Any significant changes to AI providers will be communicated to users - Service quality and data protection standards will be maintained regardless of AI provider 2.3. Evaluation Process: - AI analyzes resumes and job descriptions to generate scores and recommendations - Results are algorithmic suggestions and should not be considered definitive - Service accuracy depends on the quality of input documents and AI capabilities

3.1. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. 3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 3.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.1. Free Tier Limitations: - Limited to 2 evaluations per month - Single resume and single job description evaluation only - Basic evaluation speed 4.2. Early Adopter Tier Features: - 100 Resume Evaluations per month - Faster AI Evaluation Speed - Enhanced Matching Score - Bulk Evaluations (Up to 10 resumes/JDs at once) - Priority Email Support - Exclusive Early Access to New Features - Direct Input on Future Plan Development

5.1. You may only upload PDF files 5.2. Maximum file size is 4MB 5.3. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and analyze any content

6.1. Subscription fees are billed monthly 6.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time 6.3. No refunds will be provided for partial month usage 6.4. Prices may be subject to change with notice

7.1. We collect and process your data as necessary to provide the Service 7.2. Uploaded resumes and job descriptions are processed using AI technology 7.3. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide the Service 7.4. We retain evaluation results and uploaded documents for service improvement

8.1. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service 8.2. You cannot navigate away during evaluation as this will cancel the evaluation process

9.1. The Service, including all software, algorithms, and content, is owned by I Need A Job AI 9.2. You retain all rights to your uploaded content 9.3. You grant us a license to process and analyze your uploaded content to provide the Service

10.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind 10.2. We do not guarantee employment or interview success 10.3. Evaluation scores and recommendations are algorithmic suggestions and should not be considered definitive

11.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages 11.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past month

12.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time 12.2. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms 12.3. Users will be notified of significant changes to these terms

13.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms 13.2. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription
